About Me – Your Future Greek Tutor
Hello! I’m Alexandra, a native Greek speaker from Greece, currently living in Belgrade.
I’ve always loved languages, creativity, and helping others grow. I studied physics and later worked as a science and robotics educator, but my passion for language and culture brought me to teaching Greek — and I absolutely love it!
Greek is more than a language; it’s a door to a rich culture, warm people, and beautiful ideas. I want to share this journey with anyone who’s curious to learn — whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who wants to reconnect with the language.
As a tutor, I’m calm, supportive, and adaptable. I know how it feels to start from scratch — I’m learning Serbian myself — so I promise to be by your side every step of the way.

My approach as a Greek language tutor:
As a native Greek speaker with years of experience in teaching, I aim to make my lessons friendly, clear, and personalized. I understand how it feels to learn a new language, and I always create a calm space where students feel comfortable and supported.
️Teaching Techniques & Methods:
My lessons are adapted to your goals and learning style. Whether you're learning Greek for travel, personal interest, studies, or connection with Greek culture, I structure each class around what works best for you. I use a mix of:
-Conversation practice
-Grammar explanations
-Real-life phrases and dialogues
-Reading, writing, and listening exercises
-Greek culture elements (music, traditions, food!)
I also believe in keeping the learning process interactive and fun — so we’ll laugh, repeat, and grow at your pace.
A Typical Lesson:
We usually start with a short warm-up or review, then focus on one topic (e.g., grammar rule, conversation theme, or vocabulary group).
Each lesson includes speaking practice, mini exercises, and real-life examples. I also give optional homework or vocabulary review if you’d like to continue practicing between lessons.
